Dunville’s Whiskey is all about craftsmanship—from growing their own crops to making their malt by hand. We set out to capture that passion in a cinematic way, blending heritage, precision, and whiskey in motion.

Filmed at Runimation Studios, we used the BOLT JR+ motion control robot along with custom rigs like dribblers, droppers, and an iris rig to create ultra slow-motion shots of barley colliding with water. One of the biggest challenges? Cutting open a whiskey barrel to film from the inside as whiskey poured in.

This film highlights the fine details of Dunville’s iconic label design while also showcasing the hands-on process behind their whiskey—an approach that’s rare in the industry today. A messy, technical, and rewarding shoot that brings Dunville’s story to life.
